The Brutalist, our contribution to the film for the Italian scenes

The Brutalist, our contribution to the film for the Italian scenes We are proud to announce that Ecoframes Film Production Service contributed to the production of the Italian scenes for the film “The Brutalist” by Brady Corbet, currently competing at the Venice International Film Festival. We had the honor of working with actors of the caliber of Academy Award winner Adrien Brody and Guy Pearce. The film also features, among others, Felicity Jones and Stacy Martin. Our team collaborated with the international production as the Italian Unit, providing comprehensive support during all stages of filming in Italy, taking care of location scouting and management, local permits, logistics, transportation, and part of the crew, bringing only technicians and professionals from the Tuscan region to the set. It has been a privilege to participate in such an important project, capable of innovative storytelling and extraordinary visual aesthetics, making it one of the favorites at the Film Festival. Our presence in Venice with “The Brutalist” is a great confirmation of our commitment and passion for quality film production. Thank you to the great Aaron Himmel for the opportunity he gave us.

Galaxus commercial Spot

Ecoframes were thrilled to collaborate with Plan B Film Production, a prominent Swiss film and TV production company, who visited Tuscany for their recent commercial spot. Throughout the production period, we filmed 20 different commercials for Galaxus, an online commerce company that sells a wide range of products such as homegoods and clothing throughout Europe. We shot in several different locations throughout Tuscany, including Florence, Siena, and Chianti. Ecoframes offered a wide array of assistance, helping to secure location permits, providing equipment, and more. Ecoframes would like to extend our gratitude to Plan B Film Production, as well as Galaxus, for their hardwork and dedication to this project. We were happy to welcome them to Tuscany, and we hope to work with them again in the future. Follow the links below to watch the commercials online:

Bologna shooting for Medscape

EcoFrames is proud to have worked with Medscape — an esteemed medical organization — helping them to interview two well-respected physicians from different universities within Italy. We were happy to assist in all phases of production and are grateful for everyone on the Medscape team and Ecoframes film team who contributed to this project’s completion. Medscape is a premier online destination for physicians and healthcare professionals worldwide. Owned and operated by the well-known medical website WebMD, Medscape offers a wide range of medical expertise on everything from the common cold to rare forms of cancer. Their core mission is to improve patient care and expand medical education beyond just physicians, nurses and other practitioners. Medscape’s medical resources are accessible both online through their website and on a downloadable app. Their website is translatable into several different languages and offers localized medical coverage specific to the area which you are from.

Documentary Film with The Northern Creative

We were very happy to partner with The Northern Creative from Canada in order to create a corporate/documentary film about several companies in the Emilia Romagna region — Casadei, Fimal, and Cobalm — who use high quality machinery to produce special types of wood and stone. These products, along with their machinery, are exported around the world, including to North America, hence the participation from our Canadian partners. Gatauros Greco is the main company in charge of exporting this machinery worldwide.  In order to properly capture what these companies do, EcoFrames and The Northern Creative spent four days inside of these factories, listening to and speaking with the workers who interact with this machinery day in and day out. Their expertise and hands-on-experience allowed this documentary to be as detailed and informative as possible — an accurate inside look at what life in these factories is like. We also spoke with the marketing managers of several of these factories, who were able to speak to the impact of this advanced machinery and the kind of role it could potentially play in Canada, the United States, and beyond.  We’d like to thank The Northern Creative for their cooperation and dedication to this project. We were thrilled to host them in Florence, and hope to work with them again in the future.
